Story development: Building a narrative from unstructured footage or substantially reworking the supplied outline.

baseline edit
Each baseline edit includes one video in your choice of horizontal or vertical format, with clean cuts, natural pacing, basic audio cleanup, color correction, and simple placement of one music track selected from client-provided or readily available licensed options. One round of minor revisions included per video.
BASELINE TOKEN COSTS FOR MONTHLY PLANS
Each monthly plan includes a set number of tokens, valued at $70 each, that can be used across different video lengths and upgrades. Shorter videos use fewer tokens, while longer or more complex edits require more. Mix and match your tokens each month based on your content needs. Unused tokens expire at the end of the 30 days and do not roll over.

Minimum pricing applies to projects within the baseline scope and assumes organized, edit-ready footage. Listed upgrades use the token system. Work outside that scope or requiring additional preparation will be discussed in advance and billed at $70/hour.

OPTIONAL UPGRADE TOKENS BY VIDEO LENGTH
The baseline edit may be all your video needs. Upgrades are optional and only recommended when they support your goals. The rates below apply to each selected upgrade and are added to the baseline edit. I’ll confirm the total token cost with you before work begins
Example: A 30-second baseline video uses 1 token. Adding upgrades such as dynamic captions and stock footage sourcing adds 1 token each, bringing the total to 3 tokens.
UPGRADE - Dynamic Captions
Animated subtitles, emphasized keywords, emoji or graphic accents, and synced micro sound effects.
UPGRADE - Motion Graphics
Custom animated titles, intros, infographics, tracked graphics, and other designed motion elements. Token requirements may vary depending on complexity.
UPGRADE - Stock footage sourcing
Searching, selecting, and integrating external stock footage into your edit. Licensing fees, when applicable, are separate.
UPGRADE - Advanced Music Editing
More involved music work, such as extensive track sourcing, beat-matched cutting, restructuring a song to fit the edit, multiple music changes, custom transitions, or detailed synchronization between music and picture.
UPGRADE - VFX
Green screen work, rotoscoping, object isolation, masking, cleanup, and other compositing tasks. Token requirements may vary depending on complexity.
Upgrade - Additional footage preparation
Baseline pricing assumes organized, edit-ready footage. If a project requires more than the included standard setup—such as extensive sorting, syncing, relabeling, building selects, or reviewing large amounts of unselected footage—the additional preparation time will be discussed in advance and billed at $70/hour.

Optional clip upgrades follow the short-form upgrade schedule at $70 per token equivalent; no token package is required.

MIX & MATCH SHORT CLIP LENGTHS
Choose a mix of short clip lengths within your package’s clip count. Each extracted clip is priced by its finished length:
Up to 30 seconds: $35 per clip
Over 30–60 seconds: $50 per clip
Over 60–90 seconds: $65 per clip
Package starting prices include all clips up to 30 seconds. Choosing a longer clip adds $15 for up to 60 seconds or $30 for up to 90 seconds per clip.
These rates apply to short clips extracted from your included long-form videos, with basic trimming, dynamic captions, and delivery in one format—horizontal or vertical. Restructuring and other upgrades are priced separately.

Develop an extracted clip into a standalone Short with a stronger opening hook, revised structure, and tailored pacing.

general terms & conditions
Package Scope: Starting prices assume organized footage, a consistent format, and comparable editing requirements across videos. For combined packages, clips are extracted from suitable moments in the approved long-form edits, with the selected excerpts agreed in advance.
Delivery Formats: Each video or clip is delivered in one format of your choice: horizontal or vertical. Additional formats or alternate versions are quoted separately.
Revisions & Additional Work: Combined packages include two revision rounds per long-form video and two consolidated feedback rounds for the included clip batch. Your quote confirms the included revision rounds. Each round consists of one consolidated feedback list covering adjustments within the agreed brief. Additional footage, new creative direction, extra versions, or further revision rounds are quoted for your approval before work proceeds.
Package Period & Expiration: All monthly packages are valid for 30 days from payment. Unused tokens and unbooked video or clip allocations expire at the end of that period and do not roll over.
Booking & Scheduled Projects: Tokens or package allocations count as used once the scope is agreed, all required footage and instructions are received, and I confirm the project is scheduled.
Projects accepted during your active package remain covered if my production schedule moves delivery beyond the expiration date. No additional package purchase is required to complete that agreed work.
Scheduling & Delivery: The 30-day period is your window to book work using your package; it does not guarantee delivery of every video within that period. Turnaround and delivery dates are agreed before editing begins and depend on scope, batch size, and timely feedback. Please contact me early to plan your publishing schedule.
No Automatic Renewal: Packages are purchased individually and do not renew automatically. Purchase a new package when you’re ready to continue.

Film editing, music videos, documentary work, and anything that doesn't fit a standard package is quoted individually based on scope, length, and complexity. Weekly rates are typically used for narrative work, depending on scope and schedule. Project-based or short-term rates can be arranged based on the needs of the production.
